PRODUCT DETAILS

Jawa Synthetic Under Coat is a high quality solvent based primer for all kinds of interior and exterior wood & metal surfaces. It seals wood to provide a smooth and uniform surface for topcoat applications.

SURFACE PREPARATION

New OR BARE SURFACES(WOOD AND METAL)

Wood surfaces must be clean, dry and free from resin or grease. Thoroughly rub down using the suitable abrasive paper dampened cloth. apply one coat of Jawa Synthetic Under coat. Dry overnight.

Metal Surfaces must be Clean, dry free from dirt, grease, wax etc.

Thoroughly rub down the surface using suitable abrasive paper. dust off and wipe with petrol dampened cloth. Apply fine coat of Jawa Synthetic Under Coat. Dry overnight.

GALVANIZED AND ALUMINIUM

New galvanized and aluminum surfaces should be cleaned and degreased. then pretreat with etch primer to ensure good adhesion. Apply one coat of Jawa Synthetic Under coat and dry overnight.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SOUND SURFACE

Previously painted surface should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and then dusted off Jawa Synthetic Under Coat.

FINISHING

After surfaces preparation, apply 2-3 coats of top coat

Coverage: 11-13 m2/Liter/coat Thinner : Mineral Turpentine No. of Coats : 1

Cleaning : Clean all equipment with mineral turpentine

STIR THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE

SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from ignition because it is flammable. Avoid smoking. Always keep container air tight. Ventilation should be ensured because it contains white spirit. If you are not a professional do not use it on large surfaces or in small confined places. Use of mask is advised. You must wear eye protection while applying paint. In case of ventilation is insufficient use of proper respiratory equipment is advised. In case of contact with eyes, wash with brim full of water and see the doctor immediately. To remove splashes from skin use water and soap or recognized skin cleaner. Take extra care while transporting paint from one place to another.

Protect it from extreme temperature and keep it in cool place Please do not empty it into drain or watercourses. Appropriate environment quality regulations must be observed while disposing off the paint.
